Heard the old saying "'Eyebrows are a natural 'frame' for the eyes"? It's true! Properly accentuated eyebrows help the eyes appear more awake! If your eyebrows are much lighter or darker than your hair color or if the eyebrow hair growth is unruly or sparse, using an eyebrow product will help softly accentuate and groom your brows, while adding definition to your eyes!
